We’re looking for a Customer Success Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our clients, strengthening strategic relationships and ensuring they achieve the best possible outcomes from our products and services.


What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Advisor, you will support the management and development of our client relationships, helping to ensure customers receive outstanding service and long-term value from our solutions.

You’ll work closely with our sales, underwriting, operations and claims teams to deliver a seamless customer experience while supporting client retention and identifying opportunities for growth.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for support and queries.

- Supporting customers throughout their journey, ensuring they receive timely assistance and guidance.

- Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and deliver excellent service.

- Assisting with onboarding new clients and helping them get the most from our products and services.

- Monitoring customer feedback and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

- Supporting the sales and underwriting teams with client communications and relationship management.

- Providing feedback and insights from customers to help improve our services and overall customer experience.


What you'll need to succeed

We think the following attributes will help you thrive in this role:

- Previous experience within motor insurance or financial services, ideally in a customer service, account support or client-facing role.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- A proactive and organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Good problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering positive customer outcomes.

- An understanding of regulatory requirements and a commitment to providing excellent service.

- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams.
