We’re looking for a Customer Success Advisor to join our dynamic team based in Hampton Hill. In this role, you’ll play a key part in enhancing our customer experience as we continue to grow as a business.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with us. You’ll be responsible for:

- Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they maximise the value of our products and services.

- Proactively addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and product development, to advocate for customer needs and drive improvements.

- Supporting the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.​

What you'll need to succeed

- Have experience in customer success or client management, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.

- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Are adept at problem-solving, with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.

- Delivering good customer outcomes for our customer base.

- Are comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.​
